Refund and Returns Policy

Returns within 30 days

Our policy lasts for 30 business days from the date you received your item. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that the item you are returning must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused with all original tags and labels attached.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be notified to us within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order leaves our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know that we’ve received your return and will notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you feel your refund is delayed, your first step is to double-check your bank or credit card. Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Return to Sender

In some cases, your order is not delivered and is returned/Returned to Sender for the following reasons:

Unable to contact the recipient

Incorrect recipient information

Refused delivery

We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with the most appropriate support according to our policy. Depending on the specific case, you may be required to pay the return shipping fee. We will contact you once notified of the above issue and provide you with relevant instructions.
