Payment methods at tromp.store: Payoneer, paypal.

Ordering is easy! Just browse our website, select the products you want, add them to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your shipping information in our shipping form and complete the checkout process.

We ship your order within an estimated delivery time of 7 to 20 business days. Sometimes there are unexpected incidents such as natural disasters, in which case we will notify you via gmail.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, so you should consider this when calculating your days.

Standard shipping fee: $6.99 for all orders.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses.

Our policy lasts for 30 business days from the date you received your item. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that the item you are returning must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused with all original tags and labels attached.

If you feel your refund is delayed, your first step is to double-check your bank or credit card. Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing time before the refund is posted.
